These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 444bt ("444bt", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 444bt online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://444bt.vip and all associated sub-pages, services, games, promotions, and payment functions (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, accessing any game, placing any bet, making any deposit or withdrawal, or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms should be read together with 444bt's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional material or other communication from 444bt, these Terms take precedence.

By registering an account on 444bt, you declare and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. 444bt reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including but not limited to:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
• Valid passport
• Birth certificate accompanied by a government-issued photo ID

444bt performs age verification at the point of registration and again at the time of a player's first withdrawal request. Where our team has reasonable grounds to believe that a player may be under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately and access to funds will be withheld pending verification. If it is confirmed that the account holder is under 18, the account will be permanently closed, all bonus funds will be forfeited, and any deposited real-money funds will be returned to the original payment source.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes). You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 444bt will treat any activity carried out using your credentials as activity authorised by you unless you have notified us promptly that your credentials have been compromised.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must contact the 444bt support team immediately via live chat or at [email protected]. 444bt will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security or have delayed notification of the compromise.

444bt accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The following payment methods are currently supported on the 444bt Platform:

Deposits via mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your 444bt account within two (2) minutes of a confirmed transaction. Internet banking deposits may take up to thirty (30) minutes depending on your bank's processing times. 444bt does not charge deposit fees on any supported payment method; however, your mobile financial service provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals for verified accounts are processed by 444bt within one (1) to four (4) hours for mobile banking methods during standard business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two (2) business days. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used for a deposit in that same account, and the account name on the payment method must match the verified name on the 444bt account.

444bt reserves the right to request additional identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests submitted while an account is under review will be held pending resolution of the review. 444bt will not be liable for delays in withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment service providers or banking infrastructure.

Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply to all 444bt promotions:

• Bonuses are only available to players who have completed account registration and age verification.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which must be met in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be processed. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on each promotion page.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated on the promotion page. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the account without compensation.

444bt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is discontinued after a player has already opted in, the player's wagering progress at the time of discontinuation will be respected.

By using the 444bt Platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to use the Platform in a manner consistent with these Terms. In addition to the general obligations set out elsewhere in these Terms, you specifically agree that you will not:

• Register an account or use the Platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information at any point during registration, verification, or in any communication with 444bt.
• Hold more than one active account on the 444bt Platform.
• Use the Platform for any purpose other than personal recreational gambling.
• Attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software errors, use bots or automated tools, or engage in any form of cheating.
• Engage in or facilitate any form of collusion with other players, whether in live casino, sports betting, or any other game format.

• Use the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion order placed by you or by 444bt.

Any breach of these obligations constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles 444bt to suspend or permanently close your account, withhold any pending withdrawals, and forfeit any bonus funds, in each case without liability to you.

All casino games available on the 444bt Platform are governed by the rules established by the respective third-party game provider (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Hacksaw Gaming, Relax Gaming, Spribe, and others). For sports betting markets, the following general rules apply:

All game results, bet settlements, and outcome determinations made by the relevant game provider or by 444bt's sportsbook system are final. Disputes regarding individual game outcomes should be raised with the 444bt support team within seven (7) days of the event in question. After this period, outcomes are considered final and no adjustment will be made.

444bt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within the required timeframe.
• Detection of duplicate accounts.
• Evidence of underage gambling.
• Evidence of collusion, cheating, or use of prohibited software.
• Account inactivity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months (dormant account policy).
• At the player's own request, including through self-exclusion.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, 444bt will endeavour to complete the investigation within fourteen (14) days and will communicate the outcome to the account holder at the email address registered on the account. During a suspension, access to the account, deposits, and withdrawals will be unavailable.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Where the breach involves fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity, 444bt reserves the right to withhold the entire balance pending legal proceedings or regulatory reporting obligations. In all other cases, verified real-money balances will be returned to the player's registered payment method within fourteen (14) days of account closure.

The 444bt Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to players in advance wherever possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 444bt's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your 444bt account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

444bt shall not be liable for:

• Losses resulting from technical interruptions, server failures, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events beyond 444bt's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, telecommunications failures, power outages, or government-imposed restrictions.

• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Decisions made based on information displayed on the Platform that contains technical errors, where such errors are corrected as soon as reasonably practicable after discovery.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 444bt's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

444bt is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing gambling-related harm among its players in Bangladesh. The date at the top of this page ("Effective" date) reflects the date on which the current version of the Terms came into force. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to remain informed of the current version.
